The fine print

PHONE, SMS, EMAILS and AI rates are all billed based on your usage and charged by the communication provider we use via your account.

For SMS / Phone marketing a dedicated online phone number is needed and this is setup through the platform. SMS/Email usage rates are approximately $10 dollars for about 10,000 emails or 1,000 text messages which is usually sufficient for most small business marketing campaigns.

For AI, extra usage charges are billed at $0.09/1000 words + $0.06/Image.

Plus we also provide you with complimentary and monthly credits to get you started.

We can supply exact usage rates (on request) and they will also be available from your account billing section.

Please note that you will need an ad account on the relevant platforms (Facebook, Instagram) and that all ad payments would be directly paid to those platforms. We can help you set these up if needed.

Our aim is to provide the support you need to build you a social media marketing system in 30 days or less that is relevant to your chosen plan. To do this we will require your attendance in all meetings and that you have admin access to your accounts such as Google my business, Facebook, Instagram etc so we can connect these up to the system. From there we will work with you to build out your system as fast as possible with our expert help.

After we have setup your digital marketing system as per your plan chosen, we will continue to provide guidance and offer general support for you in using the tools and features within the platform at anytime.

For new projects that require our development assistance to build out for you then we will provide a customised quote on application.

By providing our platform, expertise and service to you - our aim is to help you attract and manage leads (potential customers) to generate additional revenue for your business. At the end of the day, our success is based on your success.

Whilst we can provide the marketing system and tools you need, no-one knows your business products and services like you, so your input is required to help with the sales cycle (pipeline) and ultimately close the deal, therefore we cannot guarantee sales from using our system.

All websites, funnels, templates, crm, chat widget, automations and any other features built within our system remain the property of Dirt Road Digital. We are however able to export out your contacts and customer data on request.

If you are unhappy with the service or platform provided then you can cancel at anytime as there are no lock-in contracts. (please email admin)
